This collection contains the nominal set of namelist parameters used to define physical characteristics of the spacecraft's motion and tracking observable used by the JPL orbit determination software suite. It was migrated from PDS3 to PDS4 in 2024 by the Radio Science Sub-Node. This bundle contains all the raw data from the PDS3 data sets NEAR_A_RSS_1_5_EROS_FLYBY_V1_0, NEAR_A_RSS_1_5_EROS_ORBIT_V1_0, and NEAR_A_RSS_1_5_MATHILDE_V1_0
